Returns & Refunds

Unopened products may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days if an order error has been made on the behalf of Reusable. Please make contact through our customer service email: nick@reusable.cc

 

Any claims must be made within a week of receipt of goods. The postage & handling costs will be covered by Reusable if the reason of return stems from an error made by Reusable.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
